Introducing Sigma 20mm F1.4 DG HSM Art L-mount
The Sigma 20mm F1.4 DG HSM Art Monture L is a fixed lens for Lumix S full-format hybrids, offering a luminous f/1.4 aperture. It boasts a sophisticated, robust design. Comprising 15 elements in 11 groups, the lens design includes two low-dispersion (FLD) "F" elements, five special low-dispersion (SLD) elements and two aspherical elements designed to significantly reduce chromatic and spherical aberrations, as well as distortion, for sharp, precise images. A Super Multi-Layer Coating has also been applied to minimize surface reflections, glare and ghosting for enhanced contrast and color accuracy. The long focal length and consistent image quality make this lens particularly suitable for landscape, interior, architectural and astrophotography photography.

The first 20mm F1.4 aperture SLR on the market
With a focal length of 20mm and this F1.4 aperture, it offers exceptional luminosity and bokeh, for an unprecedented visual experience. Offering the photographer the perspective of the ultra-wide angle and the depth of field of the wide aperture, this lens is ideal not only for very wide-angle subjects such as landscapes and starry skies, but also for low-light photography, interior photography, portraits with a very natural bokeh effect, and much more.
Minimal chromatic aberration
Sigma's 20mm Art lens minimizes the chromatic aberrations that are common in bright, wide-angle lenses. It contains 2 FLD ("F" Low Dispersion) glass elements and 5 SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements that reduce lateral chromatic aberration. The optical formula helps minimize axial chromatic aberration. The result is high image quality in all circumstances, with no colored bangs and a high level of contrast.
Minimal distortion
Distortion is common in wide-angle lenses. It must be controlled right from the initial design phase. Thanks to the right adjustment of the angle of incidence of light on the first lens and the judicious use of aspherical elements, the SIGMA 20mm F1.4 DG HSM Art minimizes distortion across the entire image field.
