Introducing the Manfrotto Nitrotech 608
The Manfrotto Nitrotech 608 is a fluid, flat-base video head designed to meet the versatility needs of the independent content creator involved in different types of projects. Thanks to its flat base with 3/8"-16 mounting thread, as well as its relatively compact and lightweight design, the head can easily be moved between tripods, sliders, jibs, monopods... The Nitrotech 608 features a nitrogen piston balancing mechanism that allows continuous adjustment of the counterweight. The ball-and-socket joint enables continuous adjustment of the counterweight for loads ranging from 0 to 8kg. Whatever the weight of the camera you're using, you'll be able to maintain constant control despite the degrees of tilt you select. The head incorporates new technology that dramatically improves continuous drag performance, enabling smooth, shake-free pan and tilt movements. It also features improved resistance to lower operating temperatures compared with earlier Nitrotech models, improved ergonomics and higher-quality materials.
