120 GB XQD memory cards for 4K recording
Sony enhances its product range with the QD-G120F (120 GB) and QD-G240F (240 GB) models. These models are much more robust than traditional XQD cards.
The QD-G120F (120 GB) and QD-G240F (240 GB) models are up to 5 times*3 more drop-resistant, withstanding a drop from 5 meters*4. Even in the toughest shooting conditions, professional users can remain confident.
The QD-G120F (120 GB) and QD-G240F (240 GB) models also offer up to 2.5 times* more resistance to bending than traditional XQD cards. This improves durability during repeated extraction/insertion into the camera's memory card slots.
Reliable 4K video recording
Sony's unique remote control ensures stable 4K video recording, thanks to two-way communication to manage data transmission bottlenecks. A 240 GB card provides around 45 minutes of 4K XAVC Intra 60p (600 Mbit/s) recording with the Sony PXW-FS7 4K model.
Ultra-fast data transfer
With read speeds of up to 440 Mbit/s*1, G-Series XQD memory cards can dramatically reduce the transfer time of even the largest videos taken with 4K video cameras, or large numbers of RAW images taken with high-end DSLRs.
Designed for professionals
Sony XQD memory cards are shock- and shatter-resistant, antimagnetic and antistatic, and offer high performance even at extreme temperatures, exposed to intense UV light and airport X-ray systems. Designed for prolonged professional use, Sony XQD cards are tested to ensure reliable storage, wherever you turn*2.
Extremely resistant housing
Improved casing strength thanks to unique Sony techniques increases durability, and recessed contact pins protect against damage caused by shock or dust, for more reliable use even in hostile environments.
File Rescue software available for download*5
Helps recover photos and videos that may have been deleted. It applies a highly advanced algorithm to recover a wider range of files, including RAW images, MOV files and 4K XAVC-S. movies taken with Sony/Nikon cameras.
